the breakfast was unbelievably limited and so are the bathroom products, no gel? unbelievably disapointing. also, with my expectations, a welcome gift would have been nice rather than feeling like another regular guest. almost could've given a good review, but really, i just couldn’t. save your money for somewhere that treats you special.

i really appreciated how close the hotel was to amazing spots like spiaggia di porto luna, just over a kilometer away, and the marine protected area cap carbonara, only about 400 meters from the hotel, which made my strolls incredibly rewarding for a weekend traveler like me, and i loved the well-kept gardens that offered a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring.

we had a fantastic stay at mariposas. the gardens were beautifully kept, and the location was perfect—close to great restaurants. breakfast was a delight, and the pool area was serene. riccardo at reception really elevated our experience with his helpfulness and kindness.

Some rooms felt basic in terms of amenities. the bathroom products were particularly lacking, with no shower gel provided and toiletries that could use an upgrade. The breakfast buffet became monotonous after a few days due to its limited selection, and some items like fried eggs come at an additional cost. the pool area can get noisy with groups having too much fun, which can be disruptive if you're seeking a peaceful retreat. Wi-Fi connection wasn’t the strongest in our room, making it hard to stay connected. Just a heads-up, there's no dinner service on-site, so you'll need to venture out for evening meals, which can be a hassle after a long day.

the hotel mariposas is an amazin place with a chill vibe. the staff are super friendly and always ready to help, especially ricardo who was just great! the pool area is just gorgeous and makes it easy to unwind after a day out on the beach. breakfasts were fab with a good spread, perfect way to start the day! also, loved the beautiful gardens around the hotel, they were so well kept.

The beautiful gardens with flowers and comfortable loungers made lounging around the pool relaxing. We loved our spacious suite with a stunning balcony view and the charming setting was perfect for evening unwinding sessions.

This hotel was just a well-suited match for a short weekend trip in Villasimius with fantastic value for money. The staff was really friendly and even helped us with local tips. Try to get a room near the garden. it's quite peaceful.
